Job Details
- Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm
- Work Location: Jalan Imbi, KL
- Work Type: Work from Office (KL)

- Salary: RM3000 - RM4500 per month
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the NGO sector.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Manage the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees and provide necessary training.
- Prepare materials and conduct sessions to introduce new staff to the organization.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as the main contact for HR-related questions and concerns.
- Help resolve workplace conflicts and promote a positive environment.
- Performance Management:
- Support performance appraisal processes and train managers on evaluations.
- Keep records of employee performance and provide feedback to management.
- Policy Implementation:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that comply with local laws.
- Ensure employees are informed about relevant policies and procedures.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Help manage staff benefits, including leave and health benefits.
- Review staff monthly compensation and support external payroll team.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive salaries.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare necessary reports and documentation for stakeholders.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
- Assist in preparing reports for management and regulatory agencies.
