Job Details

  • Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm
  • Work Location: Jalan Imbi, KL
  • Work Type: Work from Office (KL)

  • Salary: RM3000 - RM4500 per month

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the NGO sector.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection:
  • Manage the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Onboarding and Orientation:
  • Facilitate onboarding for new employees and provide necessary training.
  • Prepare materials and conduct sessions to introduce new staff to the organization.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as the main contact for HR-related questions and concerns.
  • Help resolve workplace conflicts and promote a positive environment.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support performance appraisal processes and train managers on evaluations.
  • Keep records of employee performance and provide feedback to management.
  • Policy Implementation:
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that comply with local laws.
  • Ensure employees are informed about relevant policies and procedures.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Help manage staff benefits, including leave and health benefits.
  • Review staff monthly compensation and support external payroll team.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive salaries.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare necessary reports and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management and regulatory agencies.
