Marketing Executive - F&B Industry
We are seeking a motivated and creative F&B Marketing Executive to join our team and assist our Kenny Hills Bakers brands under Kenny Hills Hospitality Group. As a F&B Marketing Executive, you will be responsible to assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and growth. You will serve the brand guardian and ensure all marketing efforts align with the brand's values, vision, and voice. In this role, you will work closely with our talented team of professionals to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, loyalty, and growth.

Roles & responsibilities:
- Assist in manage social media accounts and marketing efforts for our division
- To assist in plan, schedule and create compelling social media content that will create sustained engagement among existing customers and attract new ones
- To work with the Head of Marketing and the Brand Manager to plan and execute multi-faceted marketing campaigns that drive growth for our brands in the form of exposure or sales depending on campaign goals
- Be part of the task-team for new outlet openings for your specific brands and ensure all visual, printed and digital collaterals are prepared
- Work with the rest of the department to plan and execute pre-launch marketing strategies for new outlet openings
- To assist the brand manager manage the brand's messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing channels, including social media, email, advertising, and PR.
- To assist in create press releases to be sent out to media outlets for brand exposure
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and sales, to ensure that the brand's product offerings and customer experiences align with the brand's values and goals.
- You must have a strong eye for graphic design, photography, videography - essentially all forms of content that will be related to your brand
- To assist the brand managers to plan and write biweekly blog post to increase the SEO ranking for specific brands
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends, and provide thought leadership and recommendations for how the brand can continue to innovate and differentiate itself in the market.
- Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance metrics, and use insights to make data-driven decisions that optimise marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields. Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a must.
- Graphic design skills and competency in using adobe softwares such as AI and PS as well as online design tools such as Canva to create captivating designs that align with the brand personality.
- Experience in ideating and executing content creation for social media and other digital platforms.
- Experience managing and growing successful social media accounts.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and strategies that stand out in a crowded market.
- Good understanding of branding principles, including visual and tonal guidelines, and experience serving as a marketing executive to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- An individual with a good design and visual eye, who understands the principles of good graphic design and content quality.
- Confidence to propose new ideas and voice out their concerns regarding design or branding issues with other team members.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
