Responsibilities:
The candidate will need to collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to expand PMA's footprint within Manufacturing, thus enhancing productivity. Additionally, this candidate will serve as the Solution Lead for Component Test, pushing PMA beyond In Circuit Test (ICT).
In this role, the candidate will also work hand-in-hand with our AI/ML lead to propose and implement AI/ML solutions that aim to increase our customer renewal rate and drive productivity. Another key responsibility will be to implement necessary improvement programs to maintain optimal performance throughout the PMA development cycle.
These responsibilities are vital for maintaining the quality and usability of PMA, ensuring that our R&D processes are efficient, compliant with standards, and for expanding PMA's footprint to other functions and beyond ICT. Qualifications:

- A master’s degree in Engineering
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Test & Measurement (T&M) industry.
