Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up

  • Identify potential customers and convert leads into active clients.
  • Maintain strong follow-up strategies to maximize conversion rates.

2. Engagement in Trial Classes

  • Actively participate in student trial sessions to understand customer needs.
  • Provide tailored solutions and promote our educational products effectively.

3. Informed Customer Communication

  • Guide customers through the decision-making process with clear, persuasive communication.
  • Address queries related to AI, IT, and education-based learning programs.

4. Sales Development

  • Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Track progress and refine approaches for better performance.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize sales tactics.
  • Regularly update reports for management insights.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
