  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

  • Full Set Accounting – Responsible for handling full set accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Monthly P&L Statements – Prepare and analyze profit and loss (P&L) statements for each branch every month.
  • Expense & Sales Reports – Generate and review monthly expense and sales reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Financial Compliance – Ensure all financial transactions comply with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Cash Flow Management – Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability.
  • Liaison with Auditors & Tax Authorities – Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions when necessary.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting – Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for business planning.
  • Other Accounting Duties – Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail or F&B environment.
  • Proficient in full set accounting and able to independently manage financial reports.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare monthly P&L statements, expense reports, and sales reports.
  • Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or others).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Language: Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay is an advantage.
