Human Resource Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Human Resources Management matters and functions.
- Manage the Recruitment process for the Group, including overseeing the onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Handle matters related to foreign workers, including submission of documents to Immigration, renewal of work permits, insurance, and other related applications, as well as Hostel Management.
- Check and verify monthly overtime and staff movement.
- Develop and review HR Policies and Procedures as necessary.
- Experienced Industrial Relations, including handling disciplinary actions, addressing grievances, providing counseling, and managing staff misconduct.
- Manage and lead the utilization of the Human Resources Development Contribution fund.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 audit standards and OSHA regulations.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks or assignments as required by superior.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor laws.
- Strong organizational, work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Able to work in Kota Kemuning, Selangor
