Human Resource

  • To check and verify staff claims to comply with the clause in the Employee Handbook. To make sure all staff claims are approved by the HOD before submit to Account Department for payment processing.
  • To maintain and update Staff Claim Report.
  • To handle leave and attendance record.
  • To facilitate and assist in recruitment.
  • To conduct orientation for new staff including issue of access card and other equipment required. Liaise with IT Department to create email address and email grouping.
  • To apply Teacher Permit for local and foreign teachers.
  • To prepare Weekly Staff Movement and produce Monthly Unpaid Leave record.
  • To keep track and update of medical expenses for all staff.
  • To assist the HR & Admin Manager in all general HR functions.

Administration Work

  • To maintain a record and list of all office equipment and equipment used/requested by the staff in order to keep an up to date information.
  • To assist the HR & Admin Manager on the general administration work.
  • To liaise with various government departments and to handle all correspondences between the ministry and local government.
  • To upkeep all filings and ensure all are kept private and confidential.

Requirement

  • Degree in Human Resource Management/Business or equivalent
  • 2-3 years working experience in similar capacity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
