- Assist Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee admissions processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new families.
- Monitor student retention rates and implement strategies to improve them.
- Address parent concerns and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Manager to organize open days, school tours, and outreach programs.
- Strengthen relationships with parents, educational consultants, and relocation agencies.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing manager to improve brand positioning through digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, or Education Management.
Experience: 3–5+ years in business development, marketing, or admissions (preferably in education).
Skills:
- Strong marketing, sales, and networking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in student recruitment, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships.
- Project management and ability to work under pressure.
