- Responsible for general accounting for account including but not limited to account receivable, payable and bank reconciliation.
- Processing transactions, issuing cheques, updating ledgers and handling petty cash and prepare petty cash report
- Performing basic office tasks, such as data entry, processing the mail, maintaining files of invoices, receipts, and payments and other administrative work
- Being able to complete tasks given at given time.
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI or book keeping and basic accounting knowledgeand admin work
- Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
- At least 1 Year(s) of accounting working experience.
- Good interpersonal skill and analytical skills
- Being able to deal with different individuals at all levels in the company and processing payments
- Proactive, willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines
- Attentive to details and consistent in data management.
- Preferably can start immediately.
