Duties and responsibilities of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive:
1) CRM System Management:- Learn and become proficient in all CRM tools and systems utilized by the company, including their functionalities, integration capabilities, and reporting features.- Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and security in compliance with company policies and regulations.
2) User Support and Training:- Provide training and support to team members on CRM usage, best practices, and troubleshooting common issues.- Develop user manuals and training materials to facilitate the onboarding of new employees and ongoing training for existing staff.
3) Data Analysis and Reporting:- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors, providing actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies and customer interactions.- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on customer engagement, sales performance, and CRM system usage to present findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
4) Process Improvement:- Collaborate with various departments to understand their CRM needs and identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.- Recommend and implement changes to CRM workflows and processes to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and improve the overall customer experience.
5) Customer Engagement Strategy:- Assist in the development and execution of customer engagement strategies using CRM tools to nurture leads, manage customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction.- Monitor the effectiveness of CRM-driven initiatives and campaigns, providing feedback and suggestions for optimization based on performance metrics.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
