Payroll:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Handle overtime, allowances, and deductions in line with company policies and regulations
- Prepare and submit statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and income tax (or other local equivalents).
- Ensure all statutory filings are completed within deadlines and maintain accurate records for audits.
- Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and HR development plans.
- Ensure full compliance with the Employment Act and other statutory requirements.
Recruitment:
- Handle the full cycle of recruitment processes including manpower request, job advertisement, sourcing candidate, conducting interview, issuance of offer letter and email communication on new joiner.
- Screen all the resume and arrange all the resume according to priority and relevance.
- Arrange interview and arrange schedule with department.
- Handle walk-in interviews (Open Interview)
- Negotiate and communicate offer acceptance to all level of new hires.
- Conduct employee onboarding such as orientation and handbook acknowledgement.
- Responsible to arrange new joiner to make CIMB account for payroll purpose.
- Handle foreign worker’s management. Liaise the issues facing by the foreign workers.
- Manage industrial relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and counseling, fostering a positive work environment.
Training:
- Handle the full cycle of training processes including training request form, find quotation for training, find suitable training based on annual training plan.
- Handle on learning and development for Employee in the implementation of identified training courses as per the approved training budget by the Management
- Apply grant, submit Levy and claim in HRDC.
- To make sure handle training follow the ISO process (QMS Management)
