  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Ensuring project/program governance model/principles are actively documented, promoted and implemented effectively.
  • Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and team members to plan and develop end to end deliverables and perform risk mitigation analysis.
  • Manage projects/programs of various complexities and risks, ensuring effectiveness in meeting customer's needs, and deliver the project/program expected outcomes.
  • Apply project/program management skills to facilitate global/regional project/program, ensuring all stakeholders are well informed of the latest status.
  • Tracking and monitoring of key milestones ensuring adherence to identified timelines and deliverables of key objectives for specific activities.
  • Manage customer relationships on a Global/Regional basis and shall be the Customer's single point of contact for the whole cycle of the project/program.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration between project teams, steering committees, and stakeholders. Provide regular project/program updates, participate in Project/Program Governance meetings, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Preferred experience in IT Infrastructure, Applications, Networking, Printing Solution and Transition & Transformation Programs/Projects.
  • Support sales in the preparation of RFQ/RFP responses and grow the business opportunities where possible.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience with exposure to project/program management
  • Exhibit a good understanding of project/program management methodologies
  • Demonstrate experience in successfully managing the implementation of project/program
  • Experience working in a global company with a diverse workforce/matrix organization
  • Proven ability to contribute in a diverse, multi-cultural, multi-country team environment and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong cross functional collaboration skills and an ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders in other countries/regions
  • Knowledgeable of the tools and techniques for planning, monitoring, controlling and reporting for the program/project.
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM11,000.00 per month
