Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Manage sales reporting and CRM systems to track sales performance and customer data.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in commercial vehicle sales, preferably with experience managing a sales team.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the commercial vehicle market, including different vehicle types, features, and applications.
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
