Admin Inventory Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
To assist in daily administrative duties
To assist operation team in incoming and outgoing inventory
To record and monitor incoming and outgoing stock movement
Calculate stock quantity and ensure goods received in good condition with correct quantity
Ensure stock is well organized and easy to access for stock monitoring
Record, measure, calculate and pack items securely to be safe for deliver
Perform verification on Purchase Order and Delivery Order
Check, report, and solve issues of damaged stock
Carry out monthly stock take and submit report to superior
Maintain and ensure an effective filling system
Ensure working area is in clean and tidy condition all the time
To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma qualification
With 1 year of related working experience in related field is an advantage.
Able to speak & write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required
Computer literate & proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
