HR Executive
1. To assist in sourcing / interview of right candidate upon request by other department.
2. To monitor / assist in evaluating of newly hired workers on their performance.
3. To issue Memo, Notice as well as warning letters as and when necessary and required by the management.
4. To provide personal counseling to problems workers / staff.
5. To monitor annual / medical / unpaid leave taken and maintain of records.
6. To assist and propose of any training course required by each department
7. To responsible for the personal welfare of all individual staff.
8. To liaise with government authorities pertaining to employment and conditions.
9. To keep personnel file for all employee, maintain and update as and when necessary.
10. Study, proposal & implementation of existing HR Policy, Terms & Conditions of Employment, Co. Rules & Regulations, HR Procedures. etc.
11. Update Organization Chart & Staff List
12. Liaison with Agent & Immigration Dept. for employment of foreign workers.
13. Liaison with HR Networks :
Labor Office, HR Information System Consultant /Providers for HR need, Recruitment Agencies / Headhunters for manpower needs.
14. Supervise Receptionist and Admin Assistant on the company administration workflow
15. Conduct Staff Orientation for new staff.
16. Any ad-hoc job assign from time to time basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,260.00 - RM3,210.00 per month
