  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Transaction Capture Representative Industry: Banking Working Location: Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia Working Duration: Contract with PERSOLKELLY until until 21 July 2025 Salary: Basic up to MYR 2,900 (Based on qualifications + Experiences) + statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage ROLE SUMMARY: • As a Transaction Capture Rep, you’ll provide analytic and administrative trade support while maintaining position records and ensuring smooth processes surrounding securities. • You will work closely with the Transaction Capture team to deliver timely and accurate support for all transaction-related tasks. WHAT WE LOOKING FOR? • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 1-2 years of experience in Transaction Capture (TA) is preferred. • Knowledge of fund operations including Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Unit Trusts, and Superannuation Funds. • Strong understanding of business processes, procedures, and system impacts. • Ability to work flexible shifts and in a team-oriented environment.
