Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
  • Handle the day-to-day operations of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
  • Ensure all accounting-related transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  • Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Organized, able to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and work well with a team.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
