Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
• Assist in food preparation and handling as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and support.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Food handler's certification may be required, depending on local regulations.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
