  • Assist in daily finance/account administration duties
  • Assist account payable include preparing payment, record and filing document
  • Responsible to handle tenders, prepare quotation, invoices, report, emails
  • To be focal point between staff, client, supplier, and sub-contractor
  • To renew all local authorities’ licenses related to Company business before the due date
  • To organize and update filing system and documentation (file tagging, filling)
  • To upkeep office equipment and stationeries for all staff
  • To undertake other assignment, ad-hoc job functions and related duties given by the Company
  • Experienced in handling tenders, prepare quotation, invoices, report, emails
  • Fast learner and able to work independently, self-motivated
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Good computer application skills-Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Job Types: Contract, Freelance

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
