- Assist in daily finance/account administration duties
- Assist account payable include preparing payment, record and filing document
- Responsible to handle tenders, prepare quotation, invoices, report, emails
- To be focal point between staff, client, supplier, and sub-contractor
- To renew all local authorities’ licenses related to Company business before the due date
- To organize and update filing system and documentation (file tagging, filling)
- To upkeep office equipment and stationeries for all staff
- To undertake other assignment, ad-hoc job functions and related duties given by the Company
- Experienced in handling tenders, prepare quotation, invoices, report, emails
- Fast learner and able to work independently, self-motivated
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Good computer application skills-Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
