About the Role
As Nexperia continues to grow, we are looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to strengthen our recruitment efforts in Malaysia and across other key locations in Asia. This role plays a critical part in attracting top talent, enhancing recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent acquisition guidance.
  • Conduct market mapping and proactive talent pipelining for critical and niche skill sets.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including direct search, networking, job boards, and social media, to identify top talent.
  • Manage and enhance the candidate experience, ensuring a smooth hiring process and effective employer branding.
  • Oversee recruitment operations, including job postings, applicant tracking, reporting, and compliance with local hiring regulations.
  • Collaborate with regional and global Talent Acquisition teams to drive best practices and process improvements.
  • Support recruitment-related projects, such as employer branding initiatives, recruitment analytics, and process optimization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, either in an in-house or agency setting, preferably within the high-tech industry.
  • Strong expertise in direct sourcing, competency-based interviewing, and talent assessment techniques.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS), and HRIS tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles across different locations with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
