Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in KL, Malaysia with some flexibility for remote work.
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through existing Customers assigned in your portfolio..
- Grow revenue and gross profit with existing Customers assigned in your portfolio.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Prompt engagement on the sales inquiries and leads assigned.
- Maintain service excellence in all interactions with clients, providing quality customer experience.
Qualifications/ Ideal Profile
- Min. 3 years Inside Sales experience engaging customers in a B2B environment.
- Experience in providing IT industry is preferred.
- Self-motivated with growth mindset to drive results and take on challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English for oral and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
