  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

To ensure vacancies are minimized and profits maximized

To deliver well planned, right mix and good ambience malls

To ensure good control in the Accounts Receivable

To further enhance the ambience of the Shopping Mall and to build new models for future Shopping Malls

JDs

Ensure good performance of each division (Leasing for both Permanent Tenants and Non-Permanent Tenants).

Train and supervise Leasing.

To ensure tenancy data are accurate

To implement work flow

Ensuring teamwork and to foster good working relationship

Leadership by example

Sharing of market knowledge and tenants contact

Extending help/assistance to fellow colleagues wherever possible

Ensuring proper and good communication skills

Controlling existing and future incomes

Controlling the occupancy of the mall

Achieving income targets

Maximizing profit where possible

Negotiation of rental for both prospective and current tenants who are due for renewal

Reviewing and approving of leasing proposals from Leasing

To remain aggressive in marketing

Undertake and perform all/any other duty/task which may be assigned to you by your immediate supervisor, Line Manager and/or Function Head.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
