  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
  • Conduct and document quality checks to ensure products meet internal and customer specifications.
  • Investigate and analyze non-conformance issues and provide corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records related to quality control and assurance.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality procedures and policies.
  • Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and calibrate measuring instruments and testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
  • Report to the QA Manager on key quality indicators and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
  • Hands-on experience with quality tools such as 8D, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and CMM.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willing to work in Prai, Penang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
