Responsibilities:

  • Prepare paperwork, and quotations accurately.
  • Create promotional materials such as posters and videos (Canva is acceptable).
  • Report to the administrative lead or office manager for any issues requiring attention.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Administration, Business, or a related field. Studies in Secretary field most preferred.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Own a valid driving license and personal transport.
  • Able to handle ad-hoc tasks and take instructions well.
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
