Responsibilities:
- Prepare paperwork, and quotations accurately.
- Create promotional materials such as posters and videos (Canva is acceptable).
- Report to the administrative lead or office manager for any issues requiring attention.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Administration, Business, or a related field. Studies in Secretary field most preferred.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Own a valid driving license and personal transport.
- Able to handle ad-hoc tasks and take instructions well.
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
