Responsibilities:

  • Prepare paperwork and quotations accurately.
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • Scheduling appointments, arrange director schedules and organizing documents.
  • Manage databases, and prepare presentations, reports, and documents needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Management and any related field.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Own a valid driving license and personal transport.
  • Willingly to travel/outstation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
