- Prepare paperwork and quotations accurately.
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments, arrange director schedules and organizing documents.
- Manage databases, and prepare presentations, reports, and documents needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Management and any related field.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Own a valid driving license and personal transport.
- Willingly to travel/outstation
