Account Executive- Non Trade
PERMANENT RESPONSABILITES / KNOW HOW
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I.e.: anticipate and define customer needs OR develop solutions that meet customer needs OR contribute to quality management. "Customer" is used here in its broadest sense (external customer) but also refers to "internal customers" (hierarchical managers, other departments, etc.).
· To ensure fees claim on time and accurately
· To provide supporting to supplier on time
ORGANIZATION EFFICIENCY
I.e.: identify and promote best practices OR drive change OR work in networks (or teams).
· To ensure sales is reported accurately and timely
· To ensure fees claim on time and accurately
· Undertake and perform all/any other duty/task which may be assigned to you by your immediate supervisor, Line Manager and/or Dept Head
EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
I.e.: recruit and compensate OR set objectives and action plans OR develop those already in place.
· Microsoft Excel training
· Time management and communication skill
FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
I.e.: measure and analyze risk management and financial opportunities OR set and pursue budget objectives OR find and implement solutions with a high level of profitability.
· Ensure accuracy of accounting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
