  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

The Transport Operation Officer shall be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Planning delivery by organizing truck loads, routing schedules and driver availability as per customer requirements.
  • Utilising the GPS Tracking System to monitor and supervise the driver’s delivery status to ensure timely collection and delivery.
  • Update the delivery status in real time basis within the required time frame.
  • Coordinating closely with drivers to report and provide quick responses to customers for any issues affecting collection and delivery.
  • Working closely with the Maintenance Department to ensure all trucks and trailers are in safe working condition.
  • Work closely with Operation Admin team to ensure that all trucks and trailers on the road are compliant with the government rules and regulations.
  • Supervise, manage and strengthen driver’s discipline in handling trucks, and to ensure drivers are following the operation team's instructions.
  • Attending and handling customer enquiries, including new order requests, status updates on existing orders and complaints.
  • Any others duties which may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
