Business partner to HR community. Manage headcount, Personal cost, and analytics. Lead a team to manage and lease with Mancom members. Enjoys projects and process enhancements.

The HR Controlling Manager will be able to manage more than 3 countries scope for
Main Roles
- Planning and preparing for deliverables. Anticipate Risk and Opportunities.
- Monthly analysis and commentary on HC & Cost to HR & Finance stake holders.
- Build Trends and Budgets on a timely manner and explain the variance between periods and scenarios.
- Support function to HR Métiers for Financial topics.
- Bridge between Finance and HR (local to local, Zone, BEST, Corporate)
- Champions of HR and Finance systems tools
- Translation of the HR strategies to Finance.
- Master HR Norms and define Zone / BEST Internal Control Framework
- Recruit, retain and develop team (2-3 team members)
- HEADCOUNT & FTE
- Salary planning (long and mid-term) – IPC (full including salary mass, accrual)
- Non-payroll cost like Expatriate costs
- COMPASS (internal system)
- MAGNITUDE (internal system)
- HR Systems (Carol)
- SAP
Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ years as Controller/Finance Analyst/Finance Business Partner role or HR Rewards background and willing to learn Finance knowledge.
- Collaboration, Clear Communication, Presentation skills
- Organized and process driven.
- Able to Challenge the status quo
- team management experience is plus
- Senior Stakeholders management
- English fluent
