JOB SUMMARY:

Provide day-to-day accounting operation and bookkeeping transactions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain bank balance information, petty cash records, cash book data entry
  • Responsible on day-to-day cash collection and data entry of receipts in accounting system
  • Administer the day-to-day accounts payable function and maintain appropriate records (including post trade & non-trade supplier invoices and prepare payment voucher)
  • Process staff expense claims and ensure the claims are properly authorized
  • Assist account assistant manager with overdue debtors
  • Reconcile bank statement
  • Prepare and record of monthly journals and schedule (i.e. prepayment, accruals, fixed assets)
  • Perform day-to-day administration tasks i.e. filing, book keeping

REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance/accountancy (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)
  • Diploma/Advance diploma in finance/accountancy (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field

COMPETENCY:

  • Computer literate and competent in Microsoft office (experience in accounting soft is an added advantage)
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and perform under tight deadlines
  • Good attitude, independent, multi-tasking and motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
