Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and referral partners.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and community outreach programs.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals.
- Negotiate contracts with healthcare providers, vendors, and corporate partners.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and report on business performance and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Ability to identify business strengths and customer needs.
- Experience in writing business proposals and developing strategic plans.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing or senior care services is a plus.
