We're Hiring: FOH (Front of House) Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
- Organize daily meetings, deploy the work of the day, and maintain a positive appearance and mindset among the team
- Manage store sales turnover, analyze trends, and formulate strategies to drive performance
- Ensure safety standards and equipment maintenance are upheld in the store
- Monitor inventory levels, product quality, and order quantities to ensure smooth operations
- Manage the shelf life and quality control of products, and handle any non-compliant items
- Oversee store cleanliness and sanitation procedures
- Supervise POSM displays (Price Tags, Banners, Posters, etc.) and seasonal product placements
- Allocate job tasks to employees, provide training, and guide team members in best practices
- Monitor employee performance, ensuring quality service and timely resolution of issues
- Manage store operating expenses to optimize profitability and reduce costs
- Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback and address concerns
- Handle customer complaints and resolve in-store emergencies efficiently
- Monitor the local market trends and communicate relevant insights to upper management
- Provide suggestions for marketing strategies to improve store performance
- Fill and analyze various work reports, evaluate team members, and perform quarterly performance appraisals
- Manage staff schedules, leave arrangements, and overall team coordination
- Oversee the proper arrangement of tools and utensils with accurate labeling
- Perform cashiering checks during shift passovers
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members as per company guidelines
- Handle small item procurement with local suppliers
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B or retail industry
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Customer Service: Ability to handle complaints and deliver exceptional customer service
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage inventory, sales, and team performance
- Work Ethic: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a fast-paced environment
- Industry Background: Experience with POS systems and inventory management
