Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize daily meetings, deploy the work of the day, and maintain a positive appearance and mindset among the team
  • Manage store sales turnover, analyze trends, and formulate strategies to drive performance
  • Ensure safety standards and equipment maintenance are upheld in the store
  • Monitor inventory levels, product quality, and order quantities to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage the shelf life and quality control of products, and handle any non-compliant items
  • Oversee store cleanliness and sanitation procedures
  • Supervise POSM displays (Price Tags, Banners, Posters, etc.) and seasonal product placements
  • Allocate job tasks to employees, provide training, and guide team members in best practices
  • Monitor employee performance, ensuring quality service and timely resolution of issues
  • Manage store operating expenses to optimize profitability and reduce costs
  • Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback and address concerns
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve in-store emergencies efficiently
  • Monitor the local market trends and communicate relevant insights to upper management
  • Provide suggestions for marketing strategies to improve store performance
  • Fill and analyze various work reports, evaluate team members, and perform quarterly performance appraisals
  • Manage staff schedules, leave arrangements, and overall team coordination
  • Oversee the proper arrangement of tools and utensils with accurate labeling
  • Perform cashiering checks during shift passovers
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members as per company guidelines
  • Handle small item procurement with local suppliers

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B or retail industry
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer Service: Ability to handle complaints and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage inventory, sales, and team performance
  • Work Ethic: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a fast-paced environment
  • Industry Background: Experience with POS systems and inventory management
