  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

QAQC Engineer

Responsibilities

· Ensure that the QC inspection work proceeds in accordance with project quality plan, control procedures and inspection procedures.

· Assist Technical Manager for preparing Quality Plan that supports the project and clients’ requirements on quality assurance and quality control.

· Verify that all quality related activities are in accordance with codes and standards.

· Work closely with suppliers to ensure that the materials and components provided meet the specified quality standards.

· Preparation of ITP, NDT Plan, NDT Procedures and related Documents with reference to Codes, standards and project specification.

· Coordination of QAQC activities and oversee inspection testing activities, ensuring that all materials and equipment meet required specifications.

· Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, audit reports, and quality records.

· Develop detailed WPS documents outlining the welding processes, materials, joint configurations, welding positions, and parameters.

· Oversee the execution of welding procedure tests, ensuring they are conducted according to the WPS and applicable standards

· Prepare Welding Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR) that summarize the testing process and results, ensuring compliance with standards.

· Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to QA standards and protocols.

· Monitor project progress and perform quality checks at various stages of the project lifecycle.

· Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Candidate must possess at least:

  • Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Petroleum.
  • Preferably candidates with Welding Inspector Certification (CSWIP) and Coating Inspector Certification (NACE or IMM) certificates
  • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of database, design and visualization software (Excel, Query, Power BI, CAD).
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
  • Excellent project management and supervision skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to identify and address quality issues.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Strong in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable industry codes, policies, standards and best practices.
  • Able to work Onshore / Offshore environments.
  • Possess own transport.
