Sales Executive
Preferably SABAH / LABUAN / SARAWAK CANDIDATES
Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and prospect new clients or customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, managing leads and converting them into sales.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the terms are beneficial for both the company and the client.
- Receiving and processing purchase orders from clients.
- Receiving, processing and dispatching purchase requisitions from RFP system and email.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
3. Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Report on sales performance, providing insights into trends, challenges, and successes.
4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Use this information to identify opportunities for the company's growth and improvement.
5. Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with the procurement and logistic team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve offerings.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using company sales tracking systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirement and Qualifications
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is typically preferred.
- Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of database, design and visualization software (Excel, Query, Power BI).
- Excellent project management and supervision skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to identify and address sales issues.
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong in written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess own transport.
Experience: Previous sales experience (1-3 years) in a relevant industry is required.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Labuan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
