Sales Executive

Preferably SABAH / LABUAN / SARAWAK CANDIDATES

Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect new clients or customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, managing leads and converting them into sales.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the terms are beneficial for both the company and the client.
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders from clients.
  • Receiving, processing and dispatching purchase requisitions from RFP system and email.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
  • Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

3. Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Report on sales performance, providing insights into trends, challenges, and successes.

4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Use this information to identify opportunities for the company's growth and improvement.

5. Collaboration with Other Departments:

  • Work closely with the procurement and logistic team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve offerings.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using company sales tracking systems.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirement and Qualifications

  • Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is typically preferred.
  • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of database, design and visualization software (Excel, Query, Power BI).
  • Excellent project management and supervision skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to identify and address sales issues.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Strong in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess own transport.

Experience: Previous sales experience (1-3 years) in a relevant industry is required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Labuan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
