  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Install, configure, and maintain company devices such as computers, printers, and mobile devices.

System & Network Maintenance

  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Assist in software updates, patches, and system backups.
  • Ensure IT security policies and data protection measures are followed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Language:
