Job Responsibilities :
- Franchisee compliance management
- To Support the Franchisee’s with the view to increase sales & profitability and business improvement
- To coordinate, set up and manage new outlets opening from ground zero which includes renovation, arrangement of equipment & machine, training and other related matters to ensure smooth opening
- Lead franchise team on launching new product, as well as franchise stores and end user promotion
- Liaise with Marketing and Business Support team on the planning of setting up the Franchise operations
- To develop overall business strategies and evolve business model for Tealive for revenue and profit growth
- Lead franchise team in order to ensure all monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets are achieved
- Implement brand/awareness building program and new product communication programs for all Tealive franchise
- Continually improve the overall financial performance to achieve maximum profitability of Tealive’s outlets and company
Job Requirement:
- MUST possess own vehicle
- Able to travel domestically
- Experienced in managing franchise stores is an added advantage
- 2-5 years experience having worked in F&B/ retail field as a supervisory role.
- Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
- Possess a can-do, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced/unstructured environment
- Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills to work together with people from diverse backgrounds and different levels
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiatives
