- To maintain & update the customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number).
- To attend customer's feedback and handle customer related enquiries and complaints.
- To execute any promotion implemented by Marketing/Sales for re-activation or existing customer under the vacant territories.
- Provide excellent customer experience and maintain high level of service and professionalism at all times.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- All other adhoc reasonable assignment assigned to you from time to time.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma level
- SAP user , high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Sales prospoecting skills, sales negotiation skills,
- Effective communicator. Fluent in oral and written English.
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in handling outbound calls/Telemarketing/Telesales
