  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibility

  • Prepare monthly payroll and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions.
  • Prepare and generate HR reports and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personal files.
  • Administer employee benefits such as claims and leave management.
  • Contribute to employee engagement efforts and assist in implementing organizational change management initiatives.
  • Assist in all HR operational functions, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and talent management, training and development, and handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and administrative tasks.
  • Handling employee engagements

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent with 1 years experience or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Familiar with Employment and Industrial Relations Law.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Possess positive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Possess own transport
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
