JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Project Coordination & Support
- Assist project managers in planning and coordinating project activities.
2. Documentation & Record-Keeping
- Organize and manage project files, contracts, and other documents.
- Ensure proper version control of project documents.
- Maintain databases and filing systems (physical and digital).
3. Communication & Liaison
- Serve as a point of contact between project team members, clients, and external vendors.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to the project.
- Ensure clear communication of project updates and changes.
4. Scheduling & Resource Management
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, site visits, and reviews.
- Manage calendars for project managers and teams.
- Track and allocate resources, equipment, and materials as needed.
6. Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure project activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist in risk management and ensure adherence to project standards.
7. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare project status reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Assist in data analysis for project performance and outcomes.
- Support project audits and evaluations.
8. General Administrative Duties
- Monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Track and report project progress to stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma in Business Admin with minimum 3 years working experience.
- Expert to use office words, excel, power point and outlook.
- Experience in project documentation and prepare report.
- Experience in handling Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO), Purchase Request (PR), Invoice and MRN.
- Able to communicate with people and keep track project progress.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
