
Radiographer cum Clinic Assistant
Description: Works with doctors to diagnose and by performing imaging examinations, X-rays to patient.
Job Duties:
1.Prepare patients for X-ray procedures as per the doctor's orders.
2.Capture X-ray images of specific areas of the body to aid in diagnosing medical conditions.
3.Ensure patient safety throughout the procedure, observing and documenting any reactions to treatment.
4.Update patient charts and address any clinical questions or concerns patients may have.
5.Assist patients with registration, update them on waiting times, and direct them to the appropriate consultation room.
6.Support the doctor during patient examinations and routine medical procedures.
7.Assist with the preparation and dispensing of medications as prescribed.
8.Help with clinical procedures and operate medical equipment with professionalism and care.
9.Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and informative manner.
10.Monitor and manage the inventory of medical supplies and medications to ensure adequate stock levels.
11.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment.
12.Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging from an accredited program.
2. Valid professional certification or licensure in Radiography (e.g., ARRT, or equivalent depending on location).
3. Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
4. Additional certifications in specialized areas of radiography (e.g., CT, MRI) are a plus.
5. Medical Assistant certification or experience is beneficial.
6. At least 1 year of experience working as a Radiographer in a healthcare setting.
7. Previous experience in a clinical or medical assistant role is an advantage.
8. Knowledgeable about emerging trends and developments in the healthcare field.
9. Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10.Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional and ethical approach to practice, and a wellgroomed, approachable demeanor.
11. Own reliable transportation and availability for shift work.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
