Provide Analysis information and development plan to the Academy.
Prepare development program calendar.
Manage Agent Sales Implementation
Prepare monitoring & engagement plan
Provide and ensure tools and support materials are available according to activities
Prepare an effectiveness evaluation plan
Manage Agent Sales Performance
Receive & Compile Agent Sales Data
Analyse sales data and prepare performance reports.
Prepare recommendations
Manage Agent Sales Improvement and Intervention
Collect information on agent activities carried out
Managing brainstorming sessions
Prepare recommendations and communicate to agents.
Manage Agent Rewards and Consequences
Provide performance categories, claim reports and information or issue related to agents performance rewards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
