  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Business Unit Strategy:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies through 5 Country Area Managers (CAM).
  • Oversee strategic planning and execution for business units under CAMs.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance sales performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the creation and monitoring of annual business unit strategies, scorecards, and budgets.

Regional Coordination:

  • Align business unit strategies with organizational goals across all regions.
  • Review and monitor CAM performance, ensuring alignment with sales targets and budgets.
  • Facilitate strategic meetings with CAMs and ensure actionable outcomes are achieved.

Monitor and Improve Business Unit Operations:

  • Oversee operational models and processes across regions.
  • Track and analyze sales performance at the business unit level, including CAM reports.
  • Ensure smooth execution of new product launches and evaluate post-launch performance.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across regions.

Target Management:

  • Monitor SKU forecasting and regional resource allocation.
  • Ensure each CAM achieves or exceeds sales targets within their region.

Lead and Support Country Area Managers (CAMs):

  • Provide leadership and direction to 5 CAMs managing business units in Malaysia.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure consistent communication across regions.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for CAMs, providing guidance on strategy execution and problem-solving.

Rewards and Accountability:

  • Design and manage reward systems for CAMs and their teams.
  • Implement accountability mechanisms to drive performance improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree or Higher in Business Management or related fields
  • 3-5 years of experience in related fields
  • Proficient with Microsoft System & Application
  • Strong Leadership skills and Communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
