Job Summary:

To support daily administrative operations while assisting in expense tracking and budget preparation. The role involves document management, procurement coordination, and financial record maintenance to ensure smooth business operations.

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and maintain office documentation, filing, and correspondence
  • Ensure proper document organization and compliance with company procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in administrative tasks
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement and liaise with vendors/service providers
  • Assist in processing and verifying invoices, payments, and reimbursements
  • Maintain records of company expenses, claims, transactions and monthly budget to Manager
  • Support in preparing monthly summaries, internal report and expense reports

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Administration / Accounting/Finance, Business Studies / Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Well organized with strong time management skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
