Job Summary:
To support daily administrative operations while assisting in expense tracking and budget preparation. The role involves document management, procurement coordination, and financial record maintenance to ensure smooth business operations.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage and maintain office documentation, filing, and correspondence
- Ensure proper document organization and compliance with company procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in administrative tasks
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and liaise with vendors/service providers
- Assist in processing and verifying invoices, payments, and reimbursements
- Maintain records of company expenses, claims, transactions and monthly budget to Manager
- Support in preparing monthly summaries, internal report and expense reports
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Administration / Accounting/Finance, Business Studies / Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Well organized with strong time management skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
