AFFILIATE MANAGER
Role for Affiliate Manager
1. Affiliate Recruitment and Relationship Management:
o Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to the program.
o Maintain positive relationships with existing affiliates through regular communication.
o Welcome brief with detailed instructions on setting up and using the affiliate system.
o Tutorials or webinars to educate affiliates about marketplace policies and tools.
o Act as the main point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
2. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
o Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions, ROI).
o Optimize campaigns to improve affiliate performance and increase overall revenue.
o Develop strategies to enhance affiliate productivity and ensure alignment with business goals (eg., live, content).
o Create and execute development program for affiliate
3. Campaign Management:
o Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials,content and campaigns for affiliates.
o Ensure affiliates have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
o Monitor compliance with company guidelines, brand standards, and legal requirements.
4. Contract Negotiation and Payouts:
o Negotiate commission structures and terms with affiliates.
o Oversee timely and accurate payment processes.
o Develop incentive programs to reward high-performing affiliates.
o Have a clear protocol for addressing affiliate concerns or disputes.
5. Strategic Planning:
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
o Identify opportunities for growth in the affiliate program.
o Provide strategic input to enhance the overall marketing strategy.
6. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
o Ensure affiliates adhere to ethical marketing practices and compliance standards.
o Monitor fraudulent activity and take appropriate action when necessary.
o Issue a warning or terminate the affiliate project if a contract breach or regulatory violation occurs.
7. Regular Updates
o Trending Products: Items with high demand or seasonal relevance.
o Campaign Changes: Adjustments to commissions, bonus structures, or terms.
o Performance Insights: Personalized reports to help affiliates optimize their strategies.
o Manage documentation related with affiliate; Reward, development, Event and Campaign
8. Planning collaboration with Influencer/KOL
o Oversee the full cycle of affiliate and influencer marketing, from identifying, recruiting & managing high-quality KOLs, Affiliates, live hosts
o Recruit and retain TikTok affiliates, managing affiliate performance and their commission rates, and fostering collaborations to drive sales and brand visibility.
o Develop and execute collaboration strategies and plans for live hosts and affiliates.
o Manage livestream operations including scheduling, product selection, and follow-up on live host, KOLs and Affiliate's performance by analyzing sales data to enhance livestreaming revenue
o Monitor and analyze data from affiliates, KOLS, and live hosts to optimize livestream and campaign performance
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other online marketing techniques.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
