Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Calculate gross profit (GP) per campaign.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget planning.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
Administrative Support:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars.
Data Management:
- Utilize Excel for various financial calculations and data management.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Ad-Hoc Support:
- Assist the Business Operation Manager with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Finance and Administration.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills in Mandarin. Ability to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia will be added as advantage.
- Ability to speak Cantonese.
- Excellent Organizational and Multitasking Abilities.
