Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Calculate gross profit (GP) per campaign.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in budget planning.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage calendars.

Data Management:

  • Utilize Excel for various financial calculations and data management.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Ad-Hoc Support:

  • Assist the Business Operation Manager with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Finance and Administration.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills in Mandarin. Ability to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia will be added as advantage.
  • Ability to speak Cantonese.
  • Excellent Organizational and Multitasking Abilities.
  • Detail-Oriented and Proactive Approach to Work.
