JOB PURPOSE Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and management of electrical systems and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in building maintenance and facility management • Perform routine inspection and identify maintenance issues • Do a visual inspection of all switchboards to ensure all cable connections is securely connected • Make sure all electrical equipment, appliances and fittings are in good condition • Supervise maintenance activities include corrective and preventive maintenance, operations, repair, upgrading and improvement works • Ensure routine checking and spot checks are carried out to all the units under renovation to prevent any illegal/unauthorized works • Assist in daily operations and ensure technicians/contractors complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner • Maintain good communication with technicians, suppliers and contractors to resolve equipment problems and maintenance issues • Perform minor installation, maintenance and repair works for the building • Maintain proper records of all complaints received and ensure timely attention and resolving all issues as per established service standards • Resourceful to solve building maintenance related problems • Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency to reduce operating costs
