- Explore, identify and develop new market opportunity locally or overseas for our stable of Lubricant brands.
- Lead negotiator for company during sales meetings / pitch.
- Develop a robust sales strategy, through analysis of consumer, market and financial data, to ensure there our pipeline of products can deliver to the company’s growth strategy
- Maintaining and analysing customer records.
- Develop good business relationships with new and longstanding customers / dealers to help fuel innovation plans.
- Regularly monitor and analyze competitors’ product to attain market position.
- Keeping abreast with industry trends, market information, field intelligence feedback and needs in the related industries.
- Define most important KPIs.
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- At least 3-4 years experience in lubricant sales and and customer relations experience, preferably with a background in in Automotive or related industries.
- Candidate with at least a Diploma preffered.
- Able to use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritise and drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present and influence to key business stakeholders.
- Proficient in English/Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
- The ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity well. You can make decisive calls without enough information, with the ability to create things from scratch and operate in an ambiguous environment.
- Resourceful in seeking and analyzing market trends identifying potential opportunities and threats to current and future product offering.
