As a Customer Service Executive at OSIM (M) SDN BHD, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients. This full-time position is based in our office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
What you'll be doing
- Answering and handling inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries and concerns
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department when necessary
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Actively listening to customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Participating in regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and best practices
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficient in the English language, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and call centre operations
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
- Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
