As a Customer Service Executive at OSIM (M) SDN BHD, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients. This full-time position is based in our office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering and handling inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries and concerns
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department when necessary
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Actively listening to customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Participating in regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and best practices
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  • Proficient in the English language, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and call centre operations
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
