JOB DESCRIPTION
1. PERFORM DATA ENTRY AND DATA VERIFICATION ON TIMELY.
2. ASSIST TO RETRIEVE INFORMATION FROM DATABASE/ SYSTEM.
3. COORDINATE OFFICE ACTIVITIES AND OPERATIONS TO SECURE EFFICIENCY AND COMPLIANCE.
4. SUPERVISE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF AND DIVIDE RESPONSIBILITIES TO ENSURE PERFORMANCE.
5. MANAGE PHONE CALLS AND CORRESPONDENCE (E-MAIL, LETTERS, PACKAGES ETC).
6. TRACK STOCKS OF OFFICE SUPPLIES AND PLACE ORDERS WHEN NECESSARY.
7. SUBMIT TIMELY REPORTS AND PREPARE PRESENTATIONS/PROPOSALS AS ASSIGNED.
8. ASSIST COLLEAGUES WHENEVER NECESSARY.
REQUIREMENTS
1. FRESH GRADUATES (DIPLOMA/ DEGREE) ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
2. PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, OFFICE ASSISTANT OR RELEVANT ROLE.
3. OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL ABILITIES.
4. EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS.
5. FAMILIARITY WITH OFFICE MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES.
6. EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF MS OFFICE.
