  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of machines to produce precision parts and components. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge, an eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts and components.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine the correct procedures.

  • Inspect parts during and after grinding to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).

  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper operation and extend machine life.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or issues.

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.

  • Collaborate with other machinists and production teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Machinist or in a similar role within manufacturing.

  • Proficient in the use of CNC machines.

  • Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.).

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and high-quality standards.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred.
