Full Job Description

  • Plan and prepare technical reporting and documentation (Condition Appraisal, Technical Advice, Life Cycle Assessment, Warranty Defect, and Benchmarking) including update operation data, technical drawing, and cost saving data as per required in concession agreement and the company direction.
  • Plan and execute operation activities such as internal audits (Plant Rooms and Facilities Inspection, FEMS Operation audit), manage external audits (MoH audits, BOMBA Fire Safety audit, DOSH, ST, SPAN, DOE, and other authority bodies audits), Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Major Breakdown Maintenance, cost saving (Innovation Garage, TIDE, Mobile Team, Inhouse, Client Solution, etc), and CAPEX (Engineering Tools & Equipment) in line with the concession agreement and meet the company vision and mission.
  • Satisfy and sustain stake holder management for Internal (HQ, RO, Sites, Superior, Peers and Sub-ordinate) and External (Engineering Division Department, Ministry of Health, Local Authorities and Business Partner) parties to comply with company vision and mission.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor the Reimbursable Works ≤ RM200k (Sinking Fund, BP006, Special Project) and involve in Project Tender ≥ RM200k by preparing the Bills of Quantity (BQ), Specifications and Technical Data, and perform tender exercise (site visit, meetings, designs, drawings, briefing, evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test, testing and commissioning, hand over) to achieve company Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and comply the stipulated timeframe as instructed by the MOH.
  • Plan, develop and execute technical staff development trainings (competency and technical) and conduct On Job Training (OJT) to the relevant technical staff at Hospital Support Service level by design the training module accordingly with the training provider are correlating the Departmental Need Analysis to close the gap of staff competency, skills and sustain FEMS services by attending technical / competency training as per company requirement.
  • Comply to quality and environment management system i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001, Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) Accreditation and other standard and requirement set by Ministry of Health (MoH) and Authorised Bodies e.g. DOSH, DOE, Energy Commission.
  • Ensure and adhere practice of Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) for self, other staff, vendor and implement good engineering practice in the working procedure (workplace inspection, BEAKON, Permit To Work, HIRADC, EASI and safety day) to comply with HSSE practise and procedures in accordance to Act and Regulations and company target.
  • Plan, manage and execute innovation and new technologies (such as 5 Years Operation Plan, Active FM, Innovation Garage, Internet of Things, Digital Revolution, Regional Maintenance Mobile Teams, Inhouse Initiatives, Client Solution, Energy Performance Contracting) as added values for the company and sustain in the competitive industry market.
